Tip: send us your bulk cartons (say 1,000 units packed into a few big boxes) and we’ll unbox them and re-pack into right-sized, cost-effective cartons to ship into Amazon, so you’re not paying to send half-empty boxes.

Your stock is insured from the moment it lands with us to the moment it ships out. If we lose or damage anything while it’s in our care, you’re reimbursed at cost — no forms fight, no quibbling. That’s the deal.
Bundling & kitting
Need singly-sold items joined into a multipack, for example two balloons combined into one sellable set, with “sold as set” labelling? We do that. It varies too much to put a single price on, so drop us an email with what you need and we’ll quote it.
Something specific in mind?
We handle bespoke requirements all the time: odd-shaped items, special packaging, one-off projects. Just send us an email telling us what you need and we’ll be happy to help. (We’re quicker and clearer over email than on the phone.)

ClearCrate isn’t just for Amazon. List your stock on any marketplace, and as orders come in just send us the shipping labels. We pick the item, pack it and get it out to your customer, all from the same stock we already hold for you. One warehouse, every channel, no second prep centre to manage.

Send us one carton and we’ll receive it, check it and forward it to Amazon — free. If we’re not the easiest prep centre you’ve ever used, you’ve lost nothing. One free carton per new seller.

ClearCrate is run by Matt and Jim from our warehouse in Whaplode Drove, Lincolnshire. Before we prepped anyone else’s stock, we were Amazon FBA sellers ourselves — sourcing, prepping, shipping in, and learning the hard way exactly what Amazon accepts and what gets a shipment stuck in limbo.
