The product works as intended — moving parts move, bearings spin freely, nothing's seized or rusty.
No scratches, dents, rust, missing rubber, or misaligned parts — checked against how it should look new.
Retail packaging is intact and sellable — no crushed boxes, torn film or leaking seals.
Anything that doesn't pass is photographed so you can see the issue for yourself, not just take our word.
Faulty units are set aside, not shipped, and you get a clear summary report of what we found.
You've never seen this batch. We make sure the first units out are right — and flag anything we think might become a recurring problem before it scales up.
Returned or used units get checked and graded honestly, so only genuinely sellable stock goes back to Amazon under your account.
